1:ORDERS

Variation Note on Handmade Items:
Please be aware that our Homecoming Mums, Garters & Graudation Leis are custom handmade items, so the product you receive will differ from the photos shown. You can customize your order by selecting the primary and secondary colors, a third color (black or white), along with an accent color (silver or gold). Additionally, you can provide names, school names, and grades for further personalization. These customizations ensure your item is uniquely tailored to your specifications.

Substitution Note:
The photos provided are for representation purposes only. The ribbons, trinkets, garlands, and letters on your purchased item will vary. While I strive to use similar trinkets, each item will feature elements that adhere to the chosen theme, ensuring consistency and quality.

2:SHIPPING

What is your shipping policy?
At Dragonfly Memories Boutique, we aim to ensure that your items are delivered to you promptly and securely. Please review our shipping policy below:
 
Items are shipped to the address provided during checkout. Once your shipping label has been printed, you will receive a shipping notification via email. This notification will include a tracking number, allowing you to monitor the progress of your package.

Please note that once your package is marked as "Accepted" by the shipping carrier, we are no longer able to influence its handling or delivery. We appreciate your understanding that any issues with the shipping service are beyond our control. If you encounter any problems, please contact the shipping carrier directly for assistance.

We utilize recycled boxes to save you costs and reduce landfill waste.

3:INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Do you ship internationally?
International shipments are sent via USPS. Please note that international orders can take 2-4 weeks to arrive, and in some cases, up to 2 months if held up in customs. You will receive an email notification once your package has shipped.

Once your package is handed over to USPS, we have no control over its transit time. Various factors can cause delays, with customs procedures in your country being a common reason. If you experience delays, please contact your local customs office for assistance, as we are unable to make inquiries on your behalf.

Customs fees are the responsibility of the purchaser. We adhere strictly to legal requirements and will not falsify information on customs forms. Please do not request us to do so.

4:RETURNS

What is your return policy?
At Dragonfly Memories Boutique, we value your satisfaction and strive to provide the best products. Please review our return policy below:
 
Our mums, garters & leis are created in a smoke-free home. Please be aware that due to the customization of these item, they cannot be returned or exchanged.
 
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances:
  • Custom made-to-order & personalized orders
  • Items on sale or clearance
  • Holiday items
 
If an item is approved for return, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. Additionally, a 20% restocking fee will be applied to cover the time and supplies used in the initial packing and shipping of the order. Please note that refunds will only be issued for the cost of the item itself and will not include any shipping charges. Any addition, subtraction, or alteration of items by the customer will void any and all claims.

Refund requests must be made within 3 days of the package being marked as "Delivered" by the carrier, and the item(s) must be returned within 7 days. Requests made after the 3-day period may be denied. Refunds or exchanges will be processed only after the returned item(s) have been received and inspected.​
